Register on the Portal

Click on Register Now on the QampusPay portal as a new student to sign up.

Fill in the Sign-up Form

Complete all the required information on the registration form.

• Use a valid email address you can access; an activation link will be sent there to verify and activate your account.
• Use your application number in place of the Matric/Student Number.
• Select the correct Institution Name, Department, Programme, and Level.

Activate and Log In

After successful sign-up, use the same email and the password you created to log in to the portal.

Update Your Profile

Complete your student profile to ensure all information is up to date.

Navigate to Payments

Click on Payments in the portal menu and select Current Fees.

Generate Acceptance Fee Invoice

Select Acceptance Fee, click Generate Invoice, and wait for the confirmation that the invoice was generated successfully.

Open the Payment Page

Click Pay Now once the invoice opens to proceed to the payment page.
